Here is your answer-
The three important techniques of biotechnology are: (1) Recombinant DNA Technology (Genetic Engineering) (2) Plant Tissue Culture and (3) Transgenic (Genetically Modified Organisms).
• Genetic engineering:-Genetic engineering deals with synthesis of artificial gene, repair of gene, combining of DNA from two organism (recombinant DNA) and manipulating the artificial gene together with the recombinant DNA for the improvement of microbes, plants, animals & human being.
• Tissue culture:-
Ex-Vivo growth of cell or tissue is an aseptic and nutrient rich medium is called tissue culture. A liquid solid or gel like medium prepare from a car which supplies nutrients for tissue culture.
• Transgenic:- Genetic improvement of crop plants, domestic animals and useful microorganisms through biotechnology (tissue culture and genetic engineering) in relation to their economic use for mankind is referred to as transgenic breeding.
Hope it helps you..!.
