❥ᴘʀᴏᴛᴇɪɴs :- It is body bulding tissue as it repairs the tissues and helps in body growth.The sources of protein are milk,eggs,meat and ulses.

❥ᴠɪᴛᴀᴍɪɴs :- They are complex organic compounds necessary for growth and maintenance of our body.They boost immune system,heal wounds , repair cells .

❥ᴍɪɴᴇʀᴀʟs:- The common minerals are iron,iodine calcium,etc.. These are required in small quantities .They control blood pressure , help in formation of haemoglobin, thyroid hormone ,etc.. Source of minerals are plants and animals.
