Fats: give us the most energy to play. But eating to much is no good . Ex: oil, butter
Carbohydrates: give us energy but less than fats. Ex: bread
Protein: body building foods; give us growth. A baby needs more protein than adults. Ex: eggs
Vitamin n minerals: improve appetite and increase the body ability to fight against diseases . Ex: fruits and vegetables
