The full form of MGNREGA is Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act.

Due to the process of right based law, any one willing to do unskilled work especially woman can apply for the work.

Within fifteen days of the application a job card is issued.

For employment the card holder can submit application to the Gram Panchayat.
