• A surface where it can be attach.
• From the air the pathogen of airborne disease travel through air and need a medium for attaching to human cells , So the better contact to air will lead this type of infection.
• The favorable temperature ( Low temperature ) can affect the infection , but in human the normal body temperature (37°C) 's raise means leads to death , But it doesn't meant that it can't be affected. Actually it can by temperature , technically we can say that the spread rate of this type of infection will cause more in low temperature's season as compare to hot days.
• Pathogens , Needs Specific codes on it to attach on human cells and these pathogens like viruses can change it's code by infecting their own codes thus can attach on other cells , So Pathogens with mutated codes on genes (example CORONA) favour's it's infection.
• Most of the pathogen , have a protein system outside it's body that act as an bridge to pass the genetic material , so can depends upon these protein coats.
• The air density and air pressure can also affect the infection rate as this is airborne disease.

For example→A trending virus infection which cause respiratory imbalance by affecting respiratory track and lungs , known as COVID-19.

• Cold , sneezing , Throat secretion imbalances.
