Answer:

THE CONDITION TO APPLY NEWTON'S II LAW OF MOTION ARE.....,

1- VELOCITY MUST BE VARIABLE , OTHERWISE ACCELERATION IS 0 FOR CONSTANT VELOCITY

2- THERE MUST BE AN EXTERNAL FORCE APPLYING ON THE BODY.THE FORCE MAY BE NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE OF ZERO

3- THE BODY MUST HAVE MASS...

F = ma.....

Answer:

hello mate,

Newton's second law:-

FORCE IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO RATE OF CHANGE OF MOMENTUM.

as you haven't asked what is the second law, I explain no further, but it's applicable areas are when:

#objects of different masses collide with different forces ( do know it can also be same)

# momentum conservation.

# mass and acceleration are inversely proportional to each other

# product of mass and acceleration are directly proportional to force.

if you want mathematical derivation of second formula inbox me.

have a nice day
