Ohm's law states that at constant temperature when all other physical parameters remains same, the current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference across its ends.
So, for ohm's law to hold good condition if:
i) Temperature remains constant.
ii) Other physical parameters i.e. length of materials, area of cross-section, shape etc. is kept unchanged.
