If the solution in which cell is kept is hypotonic then the cell will be plasend and if the solution is hypertonic the cell will become trugent or it may burst too

Hii..
When there's a hypotonic condition in surroundings then cell often gets shrunken and when it's hypertonic,cell gets bulged and burst..
Hypo and hypertonic depends upon surrounding environment when there's more of liquid outside than cell it leads to hypertonic,when cell has higher concentration of liquid than outer environment it gets shrunken..
