These are some consequences of Deforestation:
1.) Loss of nutrients in the soil that are derived from breakdown of trees leaves.
2.) Changes in climatic conditions.
3.) Destruction of natural habitats.
4.) Increased soil erosion by wind and rain.
5.) Increased flooding due to a lack of water absorption by trees.
6.) Decreased ability to support other plants due to nutrients loss.
7.) Loss of biodiversity.
