Angiosperms Phloem mainly have the sieve tube elements, phloem parenchyma, companion cells phloem fibres and many more in which the Gymnosperms Phloem mainly consists of the albuminous cells with the sieve cells.

It mainly lacks the sieve tubes as well as companion cells.
