What are the criticism of RTE (Right To Education)act 2009? Give some suggestions against those criticisms

After 2002, Right to Education become fundamental right. Now, Right to free and compulsory education become a fundamental right of every child between the ages of 6-14 years. The right of children to free and compulsory act, 2009 has been passed and came into force with effect from 1st April, 2010.
