- Industrialized countries benefit more than poor countries.
- Try to monopolize all basic services.
- Developed countries have an advantage over developing countries.
- Don't allow the participation of developing countries.

WTO is making the developing country dependent on stronger or developed countries.
WTO has put developing country in vulnerable position because of which they are easy exploited by the developed nation.
WTO order the developing or under develop country to remove trade barrier but allow the developed country to put trade barrier.
WTO is formed by developed country and because of which is more supportive towards the developed country.
