Difference between rabi and kharif crops:-

RABI CROPS :-

#Rabi crops are the crops grown in winter season from October to November and are harvested from March to April.

#These crops require good frequent irrigation.

#Examples :- Wheat, barley , oats ,pulses etc .

KHARIF CROPS:-

# Kharif crops are grown with the onset of monsoon and are harvested before the advent of the summer season .

#These crops require good amount of rainfall .

#Examples :- Rice , maize , cotton , soyabean etc.
