What are the difference between meristematic and permanent tissue??

Meristematic tissues are tissues which has the ability to divide .
They have ,
Prominent nucleus
Dense cytoplasm

When meristematic tissues lose the ability to divide , with the change of size and function , they convert to permanent tissues .
