organized sector -in organized sector rules and regulations of work is followed it is registered by government workers have fixed hours of working and if they have to work more they paid overtime.They enjoy paid leave medical leave and other allowance and many more benefits the job in these sector secure

unorganised sector -This sector does not follow rules and regulations. workers do not get regular and secured employment they got low wages, no allowance and other benefits the working hours is not fixed.
