The main difference between cytoplasm and protoplasm is that cytoplasm contains organelles like mitrochondria, golgi bodies and endoplasmic reticulum,etc whereas protoplasm contains of the cytoplasm, nucleus and plasma membrane.

Ans=>The difference between protoplasm and cytoplasm are that Cytoplasm is the fluid present outside the nucleus and on the other hand,Protoplasm is the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm together form a semi—solid substance.
