They are two sides of the same coin of life,Tossing the coin is like making a decision so  you may succeed or fail depending on what shows up.The coin of life can be Fair or Biased. If your coin is Fair  (you believe in yourself and have positive notions about life) then the Outcomes are equally likely (There is 50% chance of success)On the other hand if you don't have faith in yourself and always tend to conclude that you can't do what you wanted to do and held yourself back then your coin is Biased and the outcomes are NOT Equally likely ,One of the outcomes then has higher chance of occurrence than the other.I'm not trying to say that success is always preferred rather that failure will teach you how to succeed!Since there are  infinitely many things to learn hence on the path of learning one will fail.Your failures are your best teachers! Don't neglect them!++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++HOPE IT HELPS U

Sucees is achieved by hardwork and determination while u cn achieve failure by doing nothing but to fail doesn't mean end of every thing but it means first attempt in learning

HOPE DIS HELPS
