Chemical change :-

☛ A permanent change ,in which the physical and chemical properties of matter changes and new substance are formed which do not get back into their original form by reversing the reaction is called chemical change.

For example :- The burning of coal or wood, the curdling of milk, forming of rust on iron etc.

Physical change:-

☛ A temporary change,in which only the physical properties of the matter change and no new matter is formed and by reversing the reaction the matter changes into it's previous form is called physical change.

For example :- The melting of solid wax,the melting of ice etc.
