HIMALAYAN RIVER ARE PERENNIAL RIVER . THEY ORIGINATE FROM HIMALAYAS. THEY DRAIN NOTHERN PLAINS.

                                             WHEREAS

PENINSULAR RIVER ARE NON PERENNIAL. THEY ORIGINATE IN PLATEAU REGION OF INDIA. THEY ARE SMALLER AS COMPARED TO HIMALAYAN RIVERS.
