There is a basic difference that exists between uniform linear and uniform circular motion.
In case of uniform linear motion, velocity remains constant due to which acceleration remains zero.
A bus moving on constant speed is the most suitable example. Whereas in uniform circular motion, the velocity keeps on changing due to which acceleration does not result in zero.
Musical chair game is the best example.
