what are the differences between a zoo and a wildlife sanctuary??

Zoo is the place where animals are kept in a cage and in sanctuary they are not kept in cage.In zoo food is given to animals and in sanctuary animals find their food by own.For ex.in zoo tigers get food but in sanctuary he has to go for hunting .Also in zoo we are free and animals are in cage and in sanctuary animals are free and we are in a cage (car with safety).
