Bases which are soluble in water alkali or alkaline. And acids are highly reactive chemicals

basically acids are those solution which are sour, and dissociate H+ ions when are in a electrolytic solution...they change the blue litmus red...

Alkaline are the bases that are dissolved In water....they are bitter in taste...they are OH- Ions donater and and they turn red litmus blue....
