What are the differences between atomic mass unit, unified mass and mass number?

atomic mass unit = 1 amu = 1.67× 10^-27 Kg
unified mass = any compound real mass
for example potassium real mass is 39.9
mass number = number of proton + number of nutrons
mass number always integer .
