what are the differences between luminous and non luminous?

luminous bodies are which produces light on their on ex-sun , stars

non luminous bodies are bodies which do not produce light on their on but reflects the light of luminous bodies ex- moon mars

luminous object = object which has there own light is called luminous object. eg sun, bulb etc

non-luminous object= object which has not there own light is called non-luminous object.
eg. book, pen etc
