Fertilization is the process by which germination of flowers occurs which makes the flowers produce fruits and seeds for further reproduction.

Mesogamy refers to the process by which the flowers' pollen fertilize the ovule through the middle part.

When fertilization occurs through the micropyle, then the process is known as porogamy. This is the difference between the two.

Porogamy is the condition when the pollen tube enters the ovule from the micropylar end, chalazogamy is the condition of entering of pollen tube from chalaza and mesogamy is the condition when the pollen tube enters via the integuments.
