Organise means collectively do something ..like organizing a party .
Held stands for who is inviting & for what reason ...like specific honor or retirement function .
Celebrate : Enjoyment of people or guest those who came to attend.
eg. Collage organise the prom night to celebrate the pass outs held by juniors.
