What are the differences between phonetics and phonolog?

Phonetics deals with the production of speech sounds by humans, often without prior knowledge of the language being spoken. Phonology is about patterns of sounds, especially different patterns of sounds in different languages, or within each language, different patterns of sounds in different positions in words etc.

Phonetics is a production and perception of speech sounds in any language. It deals with
"phone" .... It also deals with the production of sound by humans often without prior knowledge of language being spoken.....

Phonology is the interpretation of a speech sound in a particular language .It deals with the
"phoneme " it is the smallest unit of sound..
