In general plant and animals have similar cells structurally because they are both eukaryotic cells but it can be different from its size, as well as the main structural differences between plant & animal cells lie in a few additional structures that can be found in plant cells that structures include the cell wall, chloroplasts, and vacuoles.
In addition to this, animal cells do not have cell walls but it has different structures than plant cells. However, plants do not have very basic ability to sense.
