Differences between Lok sabha and Rajya Sabha are:-
*Lok sabha-
-Lok Sabha is the House of People, where people who are eligible to vote can elect their representative by way of direct elections.

-The operation of Lok Sabha continues for 5 years, unless dissolved earlier.

-Maximum number of members are 552 Members.
-Minimum age for being a member is 25 years.

*Rajya Sabha-
-Rajya Sabha is the Council of States, where the representatives are indirectly elected by the elected representative of the Assembles of States and Union Territories.

-It is a permanent body.

-Maximum number of members are 250.
-Minimum age for being a member is 30 years.

The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are to house of the Parliament Lok Sabha is known as the lowest house of the Parliament while the Rajya Sabha is the Upper house of the Parliament . These two houses of the Indian parliament differ in terms of their nature process and functions.

● The total tensure of the Lok Sabha in India is only five years. Once this 5 year term expires, the Lok Sabha dissolves. On the other hand, the Rajya Sabha is permanent house. After every two years one third of the member of the Rajya Sabha retire.
