What are the differences between regeneration and fragmentation?

in the case of regeneration a body can be redevelop itself from a single body part as planaria do
and in case of fragmentation a body cannot be redevelop itself from a body part but a body part can be develop from body
Like from tail ,whole body develops it is regeneration
from body a tail develops it is fragmentation
