Hii..

Asexual reproduction is a type of reproduction in which only one parent is involved and this type of reproduction is only found in lower organisms like protistans. Some of the examples of asexual reproduction include binary fission, budding ,fragmentation ..etc

Sexual reproduction is the type of reproduction in which offsprings are produced with the help of two parents male and female.
Male and female gamete fuse to form a zygote which develops into a newborn.

Humans reproduce sexually as this type of reproduction provides variation in the offspring and humans being mammals are the most evolved organisms which require modification and variation which can be achieved through sexual reproduction.

Heya here's your answer

Asexual reproduction involves one parent and produces offspring that are genetically identical to each other and to the parent. ... During sexual reproduction, two haploid gametes join in the process of fertilization to produce a diploid zygote. Meiosis is thetype of cell division that produces gametes.
