What are the differences between the mass of an object and its weight?

Mass of the body remains constant everywhere

Weight can be varied as it depends on acceleration due to gravity

weight =mass*acceleration due to gravity. mass can not change if you go on moon. but your weight changes because a is not same in different planets. if your weight is 60kg on the surface of earth then your weight will become 10 kg .but your mass never changes
