The conventional sources of energy are oil, coal and natural gas while the non - conventional sources of energy include wind energy, solar energy, wave energy, geothermal energy, biomass, tidal energy, hydroelectric energy.

Keeping in mind the increasing demand of energy and the depletion of conventional sources I would prefer non - conventional sources of energy for my country.

The conventional sources of energy are the non - renewable sources of energy which once finished cannot be replaced by nature, so it's important to conserve them, while on the other hand non - conventional sources are present in abundant quantity, are continuously supplied by nature and will not get depleted for a very long time.

For my country I would prefer the non - conventional sources of energy as they are :

• Easily available
• Cause less pollution
• Cheaper in price
• Reliable sources of energy
• Won't get depleted soon.
• They can meet the increasing demands of our country in future.
