1. Earthquake : Delhi is vulnerable to earthquakes which has killed hundreds of lives and caused loss of huge property.
2. Fires : Delhi has witnessed so many horrific fire accidents especially in hotels. It killed lot of people and damaged the property as well. Yesterday. On 12th Feb. 2019, a major fire broke in Aripat Hotel in Karo Bagh and killed 17 people at once.
3. Building Collapsing : Some of the old and expired buildings illegally overcrowded by people collapsed over the year which caused huge loss both in lives and property.
4. Epidemics and other viral diseases : Epidemics and diseases like Dengue, Chickengunya, swine flu etc took a lot of lives in Delhi over the years.
