1. It is a colourless tissue or whitish or clear liquid.
2. Lymph is consist of WBC( Lymphocytes) and plasma.
3. It has no hemoglobin therefore it did not have RBC so it is colourless
4. It contains fever or less plasma protein.
5. It flows very slowly.
6. Lymph cannot be seen by naked eyes.
7.Lymph node purify lymph.
8.Lymph moves throughout the normal function of body i.e. It starts from tissue space and flow through lymphatic capillaries and vessels which finally open into the right auricle of the heart.
1. It destroy the foreign microorganism in lymph node through Lymphocytes.
2.It absorbs fatty acid or digested food in the villi of the intestine mainly in small intestine through lacteals.
3.It maintains the quality and quantity of the heart by restoring the fluid and solutes that is leaved by blood.
4. It control the concentration of protein in tissue fluid
5.It equalise body temperature
6.It carries CO2 and nitrogenous waste material that pass into the tissue fluid.
7. It returns the protein to the blood and helps in maintaining osmotic concentration of the blood.
