A. Direct transmission. (i) By direct contact: Disease like AIDS, leprosy, skin, eye infections are transmitted by direct contact with source. (ii) By droplets: Diseases like respiratoryinfections, common cold, diphtheria, tuberculosis, etc, are transmitted by droplets.
