Compost is the best and the most effective way to replenish the nutrients in the soil. The decomposition that initiates the process of creating composts with the help of many insects and microorganism. It reintroduces the living organisms that can range from centipedes, who are also known as the farmer's best friends as they help make the soil lose, bacteria that help in fixing the nitrogen in the environment and provide healthy environment to the plant roots. The household wastes can be used for the plants and that would also eliminate the dependency on chemical fertilizers. 

2) Crop Rotation is the technique that is used to plant the seasoned plants according their season on the same soil. When this technique is applied, it can further help in decreasing soil depletion and help ensuring a lasting healthy soil environment.
