Hi Dude

Human body is completely regulated by endocrine and neural system.

Neural system provide point to point and quick response whereas endocrine system provide long term response through hormones.

Here's the Answer :

There are two different mechanisms of control and co-ordination in an organism :

Nervous System : Through nerve impulses organisms co-ordinate , basically animals . Nerve cells transport electrical impulses . The response to a stimuli in nervous system is too much quick . Even nervous system has develop much complex organs and become so important for animals .

Hormone : Another mode of co-ordination in organisms is through hormone . Action of hormones to a stimuli is slow but it is steady . Our growth is controlled by hormones . Hormones also help us to regulate our diet .
