There are various ways in View Tab by which we can view files/folders which are:-

(A) Layout Group

1. Extra Large Icons => The icon size will become to extra large size from the normal predefined size.

2. Large Icons => The icon size will become to large size from the normal predefined size.

3. Medium Icons => The icon size will become to medium size from the normal predefined size.

4. Small Icons => The icon size will become to small size from the normal predefined size.

5. List => It will show all the files and folders in a list.

6. Details => It will show the files and folders along with other details like size, type of file, when it is last modified.

7. Tiles => It will show the files a predefined size of tile in a rectangular form.

8. Content =>  It will show the files in a rectangular size with width 100% of screen and will have information when its last modified.

(B) Current View Group

In this group you can sort the files and folders in ascending or descending order based on files/folders name, size, last modified etc.

There is also a option to "Add a Column" when we are viewing files/folders and that extra column will tell extra details of files/folders.

(C) Show/Hide Group

In this group there are option to hide files/folders, to show their extensions and to add checkbox to select files easily.
