Golgi bodies consist of cristernae which are long rod like structure interconnected to each other and studded by ribosomes .vesicles are spherical in shape.tubules are branched.all of them are studded by ribosomes.it has two types of face ciz face and trans face when concave side of the golgi is towards the nuclear membrane it is called ciz face while the convex side of the golgi is towards the plazma membrane it is called trans face.It contain transitional and secretory vesicles. Lysosomes are called the suicidal bags because it undergoes autolysis and various processes like heterophagy ,digestion of outside material like pathogens it occurs in the abundance of food supply and autophagy ,digestion of inside material like mitochondria.it occurs due to starvation .when the function of the cell gets damaged then lysosome eat its own cell this process is called autolysis.
