2. Phase two: This phase comprises of completing the Composting process followed by spawning where mushroom compost must have the mushroom spawn introduced into it. Once spawning is done then casing is initiated which refers to the process of applying a soil layer over the compost where the mushroom grow. Post casing pinning process is initiated followed by cropping
