alluvial soil : (Bihar, haryana)

mountainous soil ( Jammu & Kashmir)

red and yellow soil ( Tamil nadu ,West Bengal ,Orissa)

Laterite soil (Kerala ,Goa ,Tripura)

arid soil ( Rajasthan)
