1.semi-permeable membrane which allows finer particles to enter & leave the cell
Example-- cell membrane & animal bladder
2.freely-permeable membrane which allows all particles to enter & exit the cell
Example-cell wall

On the basis of permeability membranes are of 4 type..
1} Impermeable:donot allow passage of substances through them.
Eg:Suberised cell walls,cutinised cell walls
2}Permeable:These allow the passage of substances through them.Eg.cellulosic cell walls
3} Semipermeable:Such membranes permit the movement of solvent molecules through them but prevent movement of solute particles.Eg.egg membrane
3} selectively or differentially Permeable: These are normally Semipermeable but allow selective passage of solute through them.Eg plasmalemma,tonoplat...
Hope this helps:)
