on the basis of ownership there are 4 types:
1. Indivisual. the resources which are owned by private indivisual.
2. community- these are resources which are owned by a community eg. burial grounds public places etc
3. National resources- These are resources which are owned by or belong to a nation. Eg all the minerals, forest etc and land within a political boundary of 12 nautical miles
4. International Resources are not owned by any particular nation. there are some intenational instituion which regulates some resources. the oceanic resources beyond 200 nautical mile belong to open ocean and none cant use them without the permission of those instituions .
