Ans ) We are humans and every plant and animals on the Earth breathe. And we know that air around us has many Carbon-dioxide particles. Through inhalation and exhalation carbon dioxide is tranported in our body.

(i) dissolved in solution

(ii) buffered with water as carbonic acid;

(iii) bound to proteins, particularly haemoglobin. Approximately 75% of carbon dioxide is transport in the red blood cell and 25% in the plasma.
