Hey!!!

Stop doing the work you are doing and look out to relax

Listen soft or loud music specially 8 D music's to relax.

Eat healthy and eat what makes u happy.

Read jokes,watch funny video.

Play with pets or little babies.

Talk with ur loved ones.

Do creative works.

And keep yourself happy.

That is how u will chill during stress.
