Problems like Freedom of speech,fundamental rights like right against exploitation,right to appeal constitutional remedies and etc are violated.
Political powers are taken away from the citizens, i.e voting power.
And hence it may be monarchy or either dictatorship or any other type of no democratic rule. Plus you cant oppose the non democratic govt which could also give you punishment and sometimes even death. The non democratic govt will not listen to the citizens. These are the difficulties faced by the people in non democratic country.
