non democratic government are dictatorship or monarchy in dictorship people can't say anything they have to do whatever dictator says or they will be killed but on democracy people have powers in their they have right to tell their opinions but in dictorship power are not in hand of people they are not free

in monarchy only king queen children will be made next king queen and people don't get chance
