what are the dimensions of a and b in the relation f=a+bx, where F is the force and x is the distance

Force dimension
= Mass * Length * Time^-2

So,
Dimension of A will also be
Mass*Length*Time^-2

And,
Dimension of b = b/length(x)
= Mass*Length*Time^-2/Length
= Mass * Time^-2
