◾But if we don't know about the poles , then we can use right hand thumb rule to find its direction, provided direction of current is known .

◾We can also find the direction of field if the conductor is moving and some force is generated by using Right hand rule .

▶️The magnetic field is represented as (•) if it is outwards and as (x) if it is directed inwards .
